30-Day Return Window

We accept returns within 30 days from the date you receive your order.

Return Conditions

1. Change of Mind (Customer Preference)

If you change your mind or are not satisfied with the product, you may return it for a refund.

  • The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in new, resalable condition.
  • You are responsible for the return shipping cost ($7).
  • Original shipping fee is non-refundable.
2. Defective, Damaged, or Wrong Item (Our Responsibility)

 If the product arrives damaged, defective, or we sent you the wrong item, please contact us immediately.

  • We will cover the return shipping cost (we will provide a prepaid return label or reimburse reasonable return shipping).
  • You will receive a full refund or a free replacement (including original shipping fee).

Exchange Policy

We accept exchanges for the same or different items.

  • For Change of Mind exchanges, you are responsible for the return shipping cost.
  • We do not charge any restocking fees for exchanges.

How to Return or Exchange

  1. Contact our customer service team first before sending anything back. Please include your Order Number.
  2. We will review your request and provide you with a return address and clear instructions.
  3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging with all tags and accessories.
  4. Ship the return using a trackable shipping method (we recommend UPS or USPS).

Refund Process

  • After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 3–5 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
  • It may take an additional 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your bank account or credit card statement, depending on your payment provider.

Important Notes

  • We reserve the right to refuse returns that are used, damaged by the customer, or returned after 30 days.
  • Personalized or custom-made items are not eligible for return unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
